Custom / Personalized Orders:

As the majority of our products are custom or personalized, please allow additional processing time depending on the complexity of the order.

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order total, selected shipping method, and destination.
United States Shipping Options:

Economy Shipping: Estimated delivery 5–8 business days after processing

Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery 3–4 business days after processing

Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery 1–2 business days after processing
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.
3. Domestic & International Shipping
Domestic Shipping:

We ship to addresses within the United States.
International Shipping:

We currently ship internationally to Canada only.
Canada Shipping Options:

Economy International: Estimated delivery 6–10 business days after processing

Standard International: Estimated delivery 2–3 business days after processing

International delivery times do not include customs processing delays.
Customs, Duties & Taxes (Canada):

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees charged at delivery.

Orders refused due to unpaid customs fees are not eligible for refunds.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information.
You may use this tracking number to monitor your shipment directly on the carrier’s website.
5. Shipping Restrictions

We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.

6. Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit:

Lost Packages:
