2. Restocking Fee

All non-custom item returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee. This fee helps us cover the costs of inspecting and restocking items.

3. Custom & Personalized Items

Due to the nature of custom and personalized products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives with a defect or error (e.g., incorrect engraving, or damage during shipping). Custom products represent the majority of our offerings, so please ensure all details are correct before finalizing your order.

4. Exchanges

We encourage exchanges for non-custom items. If you wish to exchange an item for a different one, please contact us within the 30-day return window to arrange for the exchange process.

5. Shipping Costs

  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item was defective or we made an error in the order.
  • Original Shipping: Shipping charges from the original order are non-refundable.

6. Defective Items

If you receive a defective product or we made an error with your custom order, please contact us within 30 days of receipt. We will cover the return shipping costs and either replace the item or provide a full refund, including the original shipping charges.

To initiate a return or exchange:
